MIMAC ITALIA S.R.L., founded in 1987, is a company specialised in the production of pouring machines for confectionery, known and appreciated all over the world for the high quality standards and reliability of its products. As a result of passion, commitment, experience and innovation, our machines have been offering for more than 30 years the best solutions to meet the production needs of artisan, semi-industrial and large-scale distribution workshops. By studying the specific needs of the customer, we are able to design and produce in-house customised solutions to optimise the production process, ensuring efficiency, precision and considerable savings in time and resources.

In 1987, our first computerized biscuit pouring device was created.
In 1997, the range of pouring devices was updated with the introduction of the bright liquid crystal display.
In 2007, the new production and commercial plant is officially opened. The pouring machines are further improved with the introduction of an alpha-numeric control panel for the insertion of data.
In 2017, thanks to the intuitive touch screen and development of the software, we have an array of pouring machines that are increasingly reliable and easy to use.

We develop our equipment’s mechanics, electronics and software in-house and produce entirely in Italy.
