MIMAC ITALIA S.R.L., founded in 1987, is a company specialised in the production of dropping machines for confectionery, known and appreciated all over the world for the high quality standards and reliability of its products. As a result of passion, commitment, experience and innovation, our machines have been offering for more than 30 years the best solutions to meet the production needs of artisan, semi-industrial and large-scale distribution workshops. By studying the specific needs of the customer, we are able to design and produce in-house customised solutions to optimise the production process, ensuring efficiency, precision and considerable savings in time and resources.

1987
Nel 1987 viene realizzata la nostra prima colatrice per biscotti computerizzata.
1997
Nel 1997 viene rinnovata la gamma di colatrici con l’introduzione del display luminoso a cristalli liquidi.
2007
Nel 2007 viene inaugurato il nuovo stabilimento produttivo e commerciale. Le colatrici vengono ulteriormente migliorate con l’introduzione di un pannello comandi alfa-numerico per l’inserimento dei dati.
2017
Nel 2017, grazie al touch screen intuitivo e all’evoluzione del software, disponiamo di una gamma di colatrici sempre più affidabili e di facile utilizzo.
